Request a non-Civil partnership certificate online

Available only in French.

Request a non-Civil partnership certificate from the Central Civil Registry Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

This online service is intended for the future partner of foreign nationality born abroad.

To access this service, you must log in via FranceConnect or create an account on Service-Public.fr.

The certificate of non-Civil partnerships attests that you are not already bound by a civil pact of solidarity.

The certificate issued shall be a single document.

If you have resided in France for more than 1 year, your non-Civil partnership certificate contains:

  • Certificate of non-enrollment in the civil repertoire
  • Certificate of non-enrollment in the ancillary civil register.
